I just spent a night here and loved the cozy King Room and the delicious on-site restaurant. The pool area was wonderful for unwinding, and I got to enjoy some time in the hot tub too. The only downside was the parking lot felt a bit secluded at night, but overall it was a great stay. 😊

We visited the Space Quest and Adventures in Flight galleries, amazing. The staff was super friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. It's a perfect spot for a fun getaway with friends.
The only issue we faced was that the room key didn't work at first, which caused a bit of a hassle. But overall, everything else went smoothly.

Excellent breakfast buffet for $15. Comfortable beds, quality linens. Attentive staff. Lovely decor.
Parking is a safety issue, IMO. Large, dimly lit lot rather than a garage. Without valets, I would not feel safe on my own at night.

We had fire drill during my stay. There, was very little staff involvement with directing quest to fire exist. Exist where dirty and smell like urine. After fire department arrived on seen, Not one staff member informed quest ,it was clear to return to our rooms. At this point, I felt very unsafe staying there, since I was checking out there next morning, I was unable to sleep, fearing, what if a real fire breaks out , the quest would be in trouble. Since staff , was clearly untrained to handle emergencies. what made matters worst, was there was also a power outage the same evening. The elevators were not working, and there halls were very dark. Since I had my elderly mother with me, I remained awake all night, waiting for day break , so I could check out as soon as possible. The power did not come back on until 6am. which means they were off all night. A disaster waiting to happen. I thank God , my family and I were able to check out at 6:05 am 0n 5/31/16. I prepaid booking months in advance. However, Staff still charged my credit card, for a 2 night say, the was already paid for in advance. Thank you ! Cynthia W.M.

Lovely location overlooking the river. Nice breakfasts
A little bit soul-less. And we arrived late for checking in (about 9.50pm) and the bar was shut!

Nice bed
Hotel was great. Although the stairwell in the back stairway was filled with cockroaches. They were all dead. At least the ones we saw. Luckily we were leaving when we saw them. Will never stay again

The food quality was excellent, especially the tasty snacks offered. The staff displayed amazing friendliness and efficiency. The loud noise from other guests was distracting, ruining the relaxing atmosphere intended for the stay. Some areas felt neglected, despite the staff's efforts to provide good service.
